Camping & Accommodation
Camping
There will be camping available during the event at Hawkesbury Showground. There are powered camping spaces available at $35 per night.
Pre-bookings are essential to avoid disappointment. Bookings will not be accepted until payment has been received in full.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the booking request, your booking may be cancelled and you will need to resubmit the booking form.
A booking confirmation will be sent via email within 7 days of payment receipt. If you do not receive a booking confirmation within 7 days, please contact us via email at: info@norwestflyball.com
There is also camping available at the DOGS NSW grounds in Orchard Hills, about 30km away. Any bookings here must be done directly with DOGS NSW.
Accommodation
Dog-friendly accommodation is becoming harder to find around Western Sydney, and attendees traveling to the event are encouraged to book their accommodation as soon as possible if not booking a camping spot at the grounds.
